Digital Products Policy
All Trackhunt products are digital downloads (PDF guides). Due to the nature of digital products, we have a strict refund policy:
Non-Refundable After Download
Once you have downloaded and accessed your digital product, no refunds are available. Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
When Refunds Are Possible
Refunds are only available if:
- You did not receive your download link
- The download link was defective or corrupted
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have NOT downloaded the product
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email: hello@trackhunt.co
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- We will respond within 48 hours
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for bundles or multi-product purchases. Refunds are all-or-nothing.
VAT/Sales Tax
VAT and sales tax are non-refundable. If eligible for a refund, VAT will be deducted from the refund amount.
